All too often today we become the victims of a pace of life which is so fast we cannot keep up without our health suffering. Demands on our time are great and we tend to forget about our own wellbeing.
There are no lasting quick 'fixes' in life and we need to take time for ourselves to look within and to heal ourselves, before we can really progress with our lives.
The cause of many physical conditions are emotional in origin. We are all energy beings and in order to function normally and in perfect health, we need to balance our overall needs.
I no longer charge a set rate for energy treatments but I do ask for a donation for my time given

Heaven-Wise Health offers a variety of healing therapies and workshops to address physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs, promoting holistic wellbeing and Spiritual growth.
Monthly tailored programs to suit your individual needs.
You can choose from any of the therapies available and develop your own personal plan.
Choose from:
4 x 30 minute sessions of your choice every month for £50
4 x 45 minute sessions of Spinal Refelxology for £80
4 x 1 hour sessions of your choice every month for £100
Timings are flexible and can be taken within longer or shorter time periods to suit your schedule.
Confidential consultation can be arranged to discuss a personalised programme to suit your individual requirements with ongoing support from myself.
Home visits are available depending on the distance.
