What is Reiki?
Reiki has developed from a system used by Mikao Usui who taught his students tools for Spiritual Enlightenment. As part of this process of personal growth which lasted months and years for many students, self healing was part of the beneficial results. From here, Reiki developed into a form of hands-on energy healing for others as well ouselves. Reiki, pronounced ‘Ray-Key’, is usually translated as the ‘Universal Life Force’ and is an ancient form of hands-on healing believed to have Buddhist origins, originating in Tibet. Reiki comes from the Divine Source of all ‘that is’ and is not a religion in itself. It is now used universally, in all religions and beliefs.

Metatronic Healing

Metatronics transmits beautiful, profound, transformative energies into your being and releases cellular memory of traumas, destructive patterns and limiting beliefs with gentleness and grace.
Metatronic Healing is very new, having been received by a friend and colleague Pippa Merivale in 2007. It comes through the archangel Metatron, a being of divine power and light, who transmitted to Pippa a method to 'remove the stories' - blocks, traumas, habitual patterns and limiting beliefs - from within the body. It involves working with Metatron and strands of divine pearlescent energies to empower you, raise your vibration and move you forward in the most amazing ways!

We all know that painful events, situations and emotions can get lodged in our bodies – we feel them impeding us but often don’t know what to do about them. Often we are not even aware that our bodies have held on to the traumas, the ‘stories’, the beliefs. All we know is that our lives are not flowing as we would like them to be. Perhaps the blocks will show up in underlying beliefs such as ‘I’m not good enough’; or ‘nothing good ever happens to me’. Or they may manifest as destructive relationships, failing finances, aches and pain in the body or self-sabotaging patterns of behaviour.
During Metatronics we work to identify what the blocks are and where they sit in your body. We then use Colourworks essences especially created to connect with the Metatronic energies and use Metatron 's love and guidance to literally release these blocks. What makes this work different is that we can actually reach the roots of the blocks.
It is an empowering experience as you are part of your own healing process. Sessions take place lying on the floor or on a massage bed, fully clothed. You will be asked to identify what it is you are ready to release. And the process unfolds from there. Your session will last up to 1 1/2 hours and may incorporate some hands-on healing and working with other Colourworks bottles, depending on what comes up for you.

Japanese Bodywork
Japanese bodywork is a fusion of basic Shiatsu technique and Sotai and is an excellent therapy for the relief of muscular pain, postural distortion and stress. Sotai is a highly effective system of simple exercises and techniques that equalise muscle tone and correct distortions in the posture. It can very effectively eliminate pain in the back, neck or shoulders, and release muscular stiffness or pain anywhere in the body.

Crystals have been used for centuries for healing and general wellbeing. Today the art of using crystals to enhance our lives is being revived and their properties are being more widely recognised and understood.
Each crystal contains one molecule which is repeated throughout the crystal's structure. This molecule vibrates at a constant level. Humans and other living things, on the other hand, are made up of many different molecules all vibrating at different and inconstant patterns which are easily affected by external influences and conditions. When we become unwell or stressed, our energy channels become affected and blocked and our molecular vibrations will alter.
Consider a human body as an orchestra, with many different instruments playing individually but together from the same score. If one begins to play out of tune, then the whole orchestra is affected. Crystals work like tuning forks, enabling the individual instruments to re-tune, thus re-establishing harmony throughout the entire orchestra.
Crystals can be used as a complete healing method, or they can be used together with other relaxation therapies or energy healing methods such as Reiki and massage.
Crystals can be placed around your home or office to enhance the flow of the universal energies encouraging positive thinking and wellbeing. Crystals are also used in jewellry and can be worn for long-term benefits.
Crystal healing involves consultation to decide which crystals would benefit the client. The client then lies down on a couch and a grid of crystals is laid either around or on the client while the Therapist works with master crystals to help re-align the bodies natural energies.
Each treatment will last between 50-60 minutes and you remain fully clothed throughout, unless it is a combined treatment with massage.
Crystal Card Readings
Crystal Card Readings can be used to help guide you through any aspect of your life, to work a path to personal Spiritual growth or even heal yourself and others through the application of crystal energies. You can use the cards on their own just for guidance, or you can meditate with them to induce their healing energies. Meditating with the cards and using the appropriate crystals will enhance the healing effects.
