Reiki  

I teach the following types of Reiki:

Usui Reiki:

 Level 1, Level 2, Advanced, Teacher – previous experience/if I have taught you Reiki and the venue determine the fee and time required. 

Japanese Reiki techniques:

 If you have learned purely western Reiki and would like to know more, I can arrange ‘personal development’ training - previous experience and the venue determine the fee.

Other Reiki systems:

 Learning other systems adds depth to personal practice. I teacher Karuna®, Raku Kei (the way of the dragon) and Seichim - previous experience/if I have taught you Reiki and the venue determine the fee and time required.

My journey here is to connect with the Ascension Light and to facilitate and guide others on the Ascension path.  As we evolve and grow, we release our lower denser vibrational energies and step into our true authentic glorious light.  And we meet particular challenges and growth experiences on the way. It is my joy to walk alongside you as you take your Ascension journey back to the truth of the light you know yourself to be.  Before coming into human form, we know who we are, that we are divine expressions of love.  By the time we've been through the process of shifting that light into physicality and taking on the weight of third-dimensional vibrations, we've managed to forget, quite successfully usually! who we REALLY are - the truth of our light.  Ascension is the journey back to conscious awareness of our truth, our light and our joy.

The Bowen Technique with Fiona Webb, BA, BTAA, MBTER.



The Bowen Technique activates your body's ability to rebalance, repair and re-align itself, by releasing tension in muscles, reducing pain and inflammation, improving circulation and energy levels.  It works on the principle that your body knows best how to heal itself.  Gentle moves made at very specific points on the body, over muscles, tendons and ligaments, send signals through the body to the brain.  The effect of the moves are carried throughout the whole body, hence the Bowen Technique's strength as a holistic complementary therapy.
The first session involves a consultation and assessment, then a treatment, the length of which will be determined by your condition and how your body responds to the Bowen moves.  The second session is 7 days later.  Often only 2-4 sessions are required to gain significant health improvement.

Fiona says of herself:

I trained in the Bowen Technique following successful treatment of a twisted pelvis and tightness in the right hip which was impacting my riding.  As a result I no longer had lower back pain and it also resolved my tennis elbow symptoms.  I have more energy and alertness too.  I love the technique because it gives your body permission to make changes within itself where it inherently knows it is needed.  Few opportunities are given to your body in this way - through the Bowen Technique your body can prioritise and rebalance through its own innate healing ability.  Because of this it suits everyone, from new born babies to the elderly. It addresses a wide range of issues, such as neck, shoulder and back pain, migraines, IBS, Crohn's disease and diverticulitis, menstrual and fertlity issues, cerebral palsy, stroke, asthma, whiplash injuries and many more.

I have recently qualified, after 2 years training, to use the Bowen Technique on horses (known as Equine Muscle Release Therapy) and am half way through my training for dogs, cats and other small animals.  Because it is so gentle it is very successful with animals & birds of all shapes and sizes.

Costs are £40 for the first session and £35 thereafter, with 20% discounts for those aged 65 and over on Job Seekers Allowance or Disability benefit.

Mick Duncan

Holistic Therapist & Shiatsu Practitioner

Shiatsu is a healing art using touch and stretching to relax the body and revitalise your potential in terms of energy.

My conviction is that you are as much the healer as I am. So, together we help create a process that supports your body’s innate healing ability. 

This is achieved using your guidance, my bodywork ideas from both the East and the West, and any intuitions that this mixture produces in the present moment. 

Shiatsu takes place on a futon mattress on the floor and is given through loose comfortable clothes. A Shiatsu session is approximately 60 minutes. 

Mick Duncan Dip MS. MRSS graduated in Movement Shiatsu in 1998 and has been working with clients in Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire since then. He has also been working at Clouds House with people recovering from chemical dependency since 2002. He completed a post-graduate year in Movement Shiatsu in 2008 focusing on work with chronic conditions, using Yoga as a self –empowering discipline in conjunction with Shiatsu. He has also been independently assessed to become a member of the register of the Shiatsu Society (MRSS) the largest professional association for Shiatsu practitioners in the UK.
