The cost applies to each workshop 10.00 - 16.30 hrs
Our Spiritual Growth is a very personal and individual process and takes time, patience and trust in a Higher Intelligence. It rarely comes out of the blue or as a sudden flash of enlightenment.
This workshop introduces you to the current beliefs and theories of our Spiritual evolution or 'Ascension' and you will learn techniques to help accelerate your own growth and facilitate a shift of consciousness. You'll practice meditation which is a key element to Ascension and all inner work.
